Two years and two words: “coastal elegance.”

The vision for this expansive waterfront property was to create an oasis that felt coastal, elegant, comfortable, and effortlessly casual. With daughters and dogs of their own, creating comfortable living spaces where everyone could gather, relax, and spread out was of the utmost importance.

The palette for this home is rooted in the essence of coastal living—shades of blue, natural textures, and organic materials. Our goal was to create a home that felt connected throughout its nearly 8,000 square feet, with each space flowing seamlessly into the next. The result is a home that feels cohesive, inviting, and timeless, while embracing the relaxed beauty of waterfront living.
